- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while using the platform.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Scope of Services
- UnifiedLend provides a digital platform that connects users directly with banks and NBFCs for loan and credit facilities.
- We do not act as a bank, NBFC, or financial institution, nor do we guarantee loan approval or sanction.
- When required by law enforcement agencies, regulators, or courts of law.
- The final decision on loan eligibility, sanction, interest rates, and disbursement lies solely with the respective lending partner.
4. User Responsibilities
By using UnifiedLend, you agree to:
- Provide true and accurate documents for loan processing (KYC, financials, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the platform only for legitimate financial purposes
- Not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the services of the platform.
5. Fees & Payouts
- UnifiedLend may receive payouts/commissions from lending partners for successful disbursals.
- For professionals using UnifiedLend as connectors/channel partners, payouts are credited within 2 hours of loan disbursement, subject to successful case closure and compliance and also on Partner request.
- The payout percentage may vary depending on the lending partner and type of loan.
6. Data Privacy
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
- UnifiedLend is not responsible for loan rejection, reduced sanction amounts, or any disputes arising between users and lending partners.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our platform, though we strive to maintain high uptime
- In no event shall UnifiedLend be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, software, and materials on the UnifiedLend platform are the exclusive property of Capitech Unified Pvt. Ltd.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission
9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions.
